Today's Tip is to drink your water!
I feel like it's easy to get swept up and forget to drink water throughout the day. I'm no doctor, so I can't say how much water you should be drinking, but I do think it is important. When I don't drink enough water through the day I end up having headaches and feeling terrible when I get home. I've found that if I put some fruit, even a lemon into my water, I end up drinking more through out the day. I don't put a ton of fruit in my water, but just enough to give it some flavor. I know this is a simple tip, but it is so important to stay hydrated! Next week I will be back with another fun tip!
